Criteria for VIP Customers:
- Must have at least 3 successful shipments (Pre-orders only) OR;
- Pre ordered 8 items before our website is published (Valid until September 12, 2024)
- Zero cancel rate
- No history of being a JOY MINER/BUYER
- On time payment (within deadline)
- Have been ordering from our shop 3 months from the current date
- If you fail to meet the criteria, we have the right to remove you as one of our VIP without further notice.
When should I settle my pre-order balances?
- Before the pre-order deadline.
- No payment before pre order deadline will automatically forfeit your order.
- Downpayment is deducted to compute balances. (From PO price if paid/ordered during PO period, SRP if paid/ordered after PO deadline)
Can i settle my pre orders/on hand items on installments?
- Of course! You can pay the minimum amount of downpayment then you can pay anytime you like until your order has arrived [within 3 months for on hand items]

What if i want my REMAINING BALANCE FOR PRE ORDER be paid via COD?
- If you want your item on COD after paying your DP, please choose the "Downpayment for PRE ORDERS" & "COD PAYMENT the remaining balance" inside the PAYMENT FORM (https://bit.ly/3wNn9iJ)
- Additional Fees for Shopee/Lazada c/o: +10% total balance
- Downpayment is deducted to compute balances. (From PO price if paid/ordered during PO period, SRP if paid/ordered after PO deadline)

When can you ship out the items after arrival?
- We ship out IMMEDIATELY for SAME-DAY DELIVERY only (FULLY PAID FIGURES)
- Shopee/Lazada check out: 1-2 days for individual listings; 1-day ship out
- LBC COD/COP: We ship every WEDNESDAY and SATURDAY only.
Do you sell authentic figures or bootlegs?
- All of our products are from a local distributor here in the Philippines. All are authentic.
- NO BOOTLEG WILL BE POSTED OR OFFERED HERE ON OUR SHOP.
Can I cancel my orders?
- STRICTLY NO CANCELLATIONS ALLOWED after the pre-order deadline.
- Down payments are NON-REFUNDABLE even within pre order deadline cancellation.
How can I know if my figures have already arrived?
- We will send arrival notices via email or Facebook message. (For FB Message, please message us on our page if you want to receive your order via FB)
- After receiving the arrival notice, you ONLY have 7 DAYS to claim your order, or we will automatically forfeit your order/s. (For extension of claiming you can message us on our FB Page)
What happens if I receive DENT FIGURES?
- Photos of figures (each corner) will be sent before shipment. Due to the negligence of other couriers, we are not liable for any issues with the figure's box after shipment.

Replacement of figure should be made BEFORE SHIPMENT.
How can I transfer my order to another buyer?
- You can transfer it privately or on your own, but we will only continue to communicate with the original customer who filed an order via his/her email address or Facebook messenger.
Nodu Toy Store has the right to update/modify details in this FAQ without prior notice.
For Pre-orders:
Pre-order arrival dates are only estimates, we cannot determine the exact arrival of figures. Upon arrival notices can only be made 1-2 weeks prior ; deposits are non-refundable. Pre-order arrival dates are simply estimates and not guaranteed; deposits are non-refundable.
Delays may occur without notices. We are unable to return the down payment in the case that the preordered item is delayed. We can only provide a refund when the supplier cancels the pre order.
Down payment refunds are only permitted under the ff. conditions:
The supplier won't be able to fill your pre-order since the item is subject to allocation (Limited pre order slots). Subject to Allocation signifies that the producer only ships a certain number of the product per market. This can be notified before or after pre order deadline.
Damaged Items
Factory defects is not subject to exchange items nor refund. You can message Good Smile Company directly if you have any problems with the parts.
